劉興勝博士向李錦斌部長(zhǎng)介紹公司的人才引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)情況

2010年7月19日上午，中共陜西省委常委、省委組織部部長(zhǎng)李錦斌一行到劉興勝博士創(chuàng)辦的西安炬光科技有限公司進(jìn)行調(diào)研。

當(dāng)天上午，李錦斌部長(zhǎng)一行來(lái)到炬光科技公司，仔細(xì)了解了我公司研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模以及產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向，李錦斌部長(zhǎng)對(duì)劉興勝博士長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)專(zhuān)注于高功率半導(dǎo)體激光器產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新給予充分肯定。當(dāng)了解到公司吸引了多名海外留學(xué)人員回國(guó)，具有博士、碩士學(xué)位的研發(fā)人員占到公司人數(shù)的29%，本科學(xué)歷以上人員占到公司人數(shù)的60%以上時(shí)，李錦斌部長(zhǎng)對(duì)炬光科技公司的人才引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)工作給予高度贊賞。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，企業(yè)要堅(jiān)持自主創(chuàng)新，人才是關(guān)鍵，炬光科技公司的人才引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)模式值得大力推廣。

省委組織部副部長(zhǎng)、省委人才辦主任潘文靜，省委人才辦副主任陳平社，西安市委常委、組織部長(zhǎng)王啟文，西安市委常委、高新區(qū)管委會(huì)主任岳華峰等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)陪同調(diào)研。
